La petición se fundamentó en el hecho de que en la providencia se dejaron de abordar y de resolver algunos asuntos que fueron planteados por la Corporación Autónoma Regional del Valle del Cauca en la solicitud de amparo.
Considera la Sala Plena que la petición debe ser NEGADA porque lo pretendido en ella debe ser resuelto por el Consejo de Estado en el trámite del mecanismo eventual de Revisión y no en sede constitucional.
